Ingredients
INGREDIENTS1 English Cucumber, very thinly slicedJuice from one lemon2 tablespoons low-fat sour cream1/4 teaspoon salt1/4 teaspoon black pepper1/4 teaspoon fresh mint2 whole scallions, thinly sliced crosswise1/4 teaspoon stevia grains
Directions
Combine lemon juice, sour cream, salt, pepper, mint, scallions and stevia.
Gently stir in cucumbers.
Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
