Chocolate buckeye energy bars

Ingredients
2 cups quick oats1 cup peanut butter6 Tbsp honey2 tsp vanilla extract1 bag Ghirardelli milk chocolate baking chips3 Tbsp canola oil
Directions
Mix oats, pb, vanilla, and honey in a bowl. Press in 9x13 pan. Heat all chips in bowl until "shiny" and then mix in oil. Pour over pressed mix and refrigerate until set (30-60 min). Cut 5x7 rows, enjoy!
