Ingredients
Directions
Flat Bread(the kind you use for wraps), Whole Wheat, Package of 101 can Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup1 pound ground beef2 cups brown minute rice1 package of Old el Paso Taco Seasoning1 large jar of salsa2 cups cheddar cheese
Brown the 1 pound of ground beef in a frying pan.
Following the directions on the box, cook your 2 cups of Minute rice (The directions are as follows: bring 2 cups of water to a boil, remove pan from heat, add rice, stir until all rice is covered with water, add a lid and wait 10 minutes). Once your ground beef is browned and your rice has completed cooking, you must then add the rice to your ground beef. Add another 1 cup of water and the taco seasoning.
Remove from heat.
Grate your 2 cups of cheddar cheese.
Taking the salsa and your cream of chicken soup(DO NOT ADD MILK TO THE SOUP as the directions say), mix them together in a mixing bowl and be sure that you are using 3/4 of the jar of salsa, as this will be your sauce mixture.
Taking one flat bread at a time, place your meat mixture inside with some cheese and some of the left over salsa(NOT the sauce mix you just created). Once complete, fold both ends of the flat bread and then the sides.
Place in a glass cake pan and repeat for the remaining 9 flatbreads.
Take the sauce mixture that you created and pour it over top of the wraps that you just created and sprinkle ALL remaining cheese on top of this.
Cook in the oven at 325 degrees F for 20 minutes.
