Rhubarb Betty

Ingredients
4 cups chopped rhubarb1/4 cup splenda sugar blend1 tsp cinnamon5 Hawaiian sweet rolls (or 2 cups old bread), cubed1/4 cup melted butter
Directions
1. chop rhubarb
2. place rhubarb in bowl. add sugar blend and cinnamon. mix well.
3. add cubed bread.
4. place in glass (or microwavable dish) dish
5. drizzle melted butter over top
6. microwave 12 minutes (or until rhubarb is tender)
