Pana en Escabeche

Ingredients
1 cup boiled breadfruit (pana)½ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil¼ white vinegar1 tsp salt½ tsp black pepper1 big bay leaf
Directions
Boiled the breadfruit. You will need about one 1 cup. In a small pan combine oil, vinegar,salt,pepper and bay leaf heat at low temperature for 15 minutes. Mix in a glass bowl the breadfruit with the oil. Enjoy
