puree tofu,onion,garlic, soy saucemix in coleslawadd cilantro, salt and cayenne to taste.form into patties.sauté in oil,rapidly, so that the patties stay crunchy inside but nicely brown outside
Directions
Use a non stick pan.
form the patties with 2 spoons, getting them browned quickly so that they stay nice and crunchy
