Gluten Free sandwich bread.

Ingredients
1 cup of good peanut butter or almond butter1 ripe banana2 eggs1 tspn of baking soda1 tblspn of apple cider vinegar
Directions
Preheat oven to 180c and line a loaf tin with baking paper. Put all ingredients in a food processor - blitz until smooth. Pour into loaf tin. Sprinkle with pumpkin seeds if you wish. Put into oven and bake for 25-30 minutes until skewer comes out clean. Leave to cool. When cooled put onto cooling rack. Slice and serve.
