Vanilla Blueberry Muffins

Ingredients
2 cups flour1 Tbsp baking powder1/2 tsp. baking soda1/4 tsp. salt1 egg2 tsp pure vanilla extract3/4 cup sugar4 Tbsp. melted butter1 1/2 cups buttermilk1 1/2 cups blueberries
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a muffin pan (or use foil muffin liners as I did). In a large mixing bowl, whisk egg, sugar, melted butter, and buttermilk. Slowly mix in vanilla. Stir in the flour, salt, baking soda, and baking powder. Gently fold in blueberries. Fill the muffin pain cups 3/4 full with muffin batter and bake for 30-35 minutes (do a toothpick test around 30 minutes to check if they are done).
