Sweet Potato no skin, 12 oz Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 tbsp Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp Turmeric, ground, 1 tsp Garlic powder, 1 tsp
Peel the Sweet Potatoes and cut into chunks (like you would for making mashed white potatoes) and boil in water that covers the potatoes by about 2 inches for approx 20 minutes or until tender.
Drain, mash, and add spices and serve hot.
