Potato Bread (Bread Machine)

Ingredients
Directions
1 egg, room temp plus enough water to equal 3/4 cup 1 tsp lemon juice2 tbsp olive oil4 tsp sugar1 tsp salt1/4 cup potato buds (unprepared)2 c + 2 tbsp bread flour (or 2 c all purpose or whole wheat flour + 2 tbsp vital wheat gluten)1.5 tsp active dry yeast
Add ingredients to bread machine pan in order listed, making sure the yeast does not come in contact with the liquids.
Select basic bread cycle and light crust (if applicable). Press Start.
After baking, remove from pan and cool completely before cutting. Use serrated knife to cut, and store in an airtight container. You may also slice and freeze the bread.
Serving Size: makes 1 loaf (20 slices)
