Roasted Red Pepper Sauce

Ingredients
2 Large Yellow Peppers (bell peppers) 1 Jar Roasted Red Peppers in Water6 Cloves GarlicLarge handful fresh Cilantro1/2 Large Red Onion
Directions
Halve yellow peppers and roast on grill pan until browned but still firm/crisp. Just looking for grill marks. Add drained jar of red roasted peppers, garlic, onion and cilantro to food processor. Add cooked yellow peppers. Puree until desired consistancy. Good over all meats, as an add in for soups, or vegetables.
