broccoli turkey bacon salad

6 cups broccoli florets 2 cups cabbage chopped2 ounces shredded cheddar cheese1/3 cup golden raisins1/3 cup craisins1/4 cup sunflower seeds6 slices turkey bacon1/4 cup red onionsDressing3/4 cup vanilla yogurt low-fat2 tbsp sugar (or sugar substitute)2 tsp lemon juice salt and pepper to taste
Directions
In a large bowl use a whisk to combine dressing ingredients.

Add vegetables and mix thoroughly.

    This was delicious! The only thing I might suggest is mixing the dressing with the broccoli before adding the other ingredients. Once I had all the ingredients in one bowl, the dressing wanted to cling to everything else, leaving the broccoli a little dry. - 6/9/08
