cannellini bean soup

Ingredients
1 can cannellini beans, rinsed and drained1/2 onion, chopped2 serrano peppers, chopped1 jalapeño pepper, chopped1 tbsp. olive oil 2 tsp. garlic1 medium tomato, quartered, peeled optional2 cups water1/2 tsp. better than bouillion, chicken flavor
Directions
Drain and rinse beans and set aside. Heat olive oil in a saucepan and cook onion and peppers about 2 minutes. Add garlic, tomato, water and bouillion and heat to boil. Blend in blender or Vita-mix and pour back in saucepan and heat through.
