Cabbage, fresh, 1 head, large (about 7" dia) Scallions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced *Bellpepper (green), 237 gram(s) Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped Mushrooms, 2 cups, chopped or slicedCan of plum tomatoes, 2 cupsEVOO, 2 TbspGarlic, 5 clove Ginger Root, 6 tsp *Herbox Instant Bouillon and Seasoning-Chicken flavor, 15 tsp Thyme, fresh, 3 tsp Allspice, 1 tsp Pepper, black, 1 tsp *Bay leaves dried (serving size 1 leave), 3 serving 2 Gallons of Water
pour oil into large pot. Heat on medium and add carrots, celery, bellpeppers, onions, scallions, garlic and ginger. Saute for 2-3 minutes. Add mushrooms, thyme sprigs, bay leaves, allspice, pepper and boullion and stir around for 1 minute. Add water and stir mixture. Add Cabbage and tomatoes. Stir well and place your wooden spoon over the pot so that it does not boil over. Continue to allow cooking for about 1 hour. Serve hot.
