Ingredients
Add chicken and carrots to stock for 8 minutesAdd bok choy and scallions, 3 cups water,spincach and mushrooms for 4 minuteslet simmer on low until everything is cooked to your liking. Turn heat off and stir in miso (never let miso boil).Add a bit of sesame oil and some sesame seeds to top and you have a good, filling lunch for P3!
