Mixed Berry Smoothie

2 cups frozen mixed berries1 cup lowfat vanilla yogurt2 cups milk, 2%
Directions
Put all ingredients in blender and blend until thoroughly mixed.

Pour into two tall glasses and garnish with a strawberry if desired.
