2 large eggs1 tbsp nut flour (ground nuts-walnuts in my case)1/3 cup Heavy Whipping Cream1/2 tbsp Butter, unsalted.5 Cinnamon, ground for flavor1 tsp sweetner (Splenda in my case)
Beat eggs and cream in a bowl
Add flour, stir
melt butter in a pan
add mixture
Heat on low to medium, stirring frequently
Remove from heat at desired consistency
Mix in cinnamon and sweetner. Top to taste.
Serving Size: 1-2 bowls depending on goals
