Meatballs Light Supreme

Ingredients
8oz ground Beef 85/15 Aldi's1 egg large1/2C Oats (old fashioned)2Tblsp Milk 1%1/4tsp salt1/4tsp Pepper black1/8tsp Turmeric1Tblsp Basil dried1Tblsp Oregano dried1/2C Onions (any variety)1Tblsp Garlic (fresh)
Directions
Combine egg, milk, salt, pepper, turmeric, Basil, Oregano and milk. beat lightly. Fold in onions, garlic and oats. Finally add the meat and mix by hand. After it is well mixed roll into 1 ounce balls, making about 16. Heat small amount of oil in a skillet and brown the balls on all sides for about 5 Minutes. Add about 2 Tablespoons of Marinara sauce and 3 ounces of water, cover and cook an additional 15 minutes on low heat.
