Black bean curry

Ingredients
2 16oz cans black beans, drained1 15oz jar Patak's Tikka Masala Curry Simmer Sauce1 medium onion, chopped2 small potatoes, cooked and chopped1 cup chopped zucchini1 cup frozen spinach1 large or 2 small plum tomatoes, chopped1 tbsp canola oil
Directions
Saute the onions and zucchini in the oil until soft, about 5 minutes. Add the remainder of ingredients, stir and bring to a gentle boil. Turn down heat and simmer together for about 10 to 15 minutes.
