Tilapia with Salsa

Ingredients
5 or 6 plum or roma tomatoes, center removed and cut into small cubes1 green bell pepper, cut into small cubes1/2 white onion or 3 or 4 green onions, diced.Salt to tastelime juice to tasteFour 4oz tilapia filets
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine your tomato, onion and bell pepper in a small bowl and season with the salt and lime juice to taste.
Place Tilapia in a baking dish and cover with salsa.
Bake for 30 minutes, checking occasionally for desired tenderness.
Great with rice or seasonal vegetables.
