No bread chicken schnitzel / strips

Ingredients

4 x 100g skinless chicken breasts1 egg, beaten for dipping1 cup grated / powdered parmesan1 tablespoon dried parsleysalt and pepper to taste
Schnitzel:
Flatten the chicken breast by opening up the breast, covering with cling wrap and beating slightly until a "patty" has formed.
Strips
Cut the chicken in strips
Mix the cheese, parsley and salt and pepper.
Beat the egg
Dip the chicken in the egg, then the "crumb" mixture
Place in a oven dish (spray with Spray & Cook)
Bake for 30 - 40 minutes at 180 degrees preheated oven.
Turn once halfway through the baking time.
Serving Size: Makes 4 portions
