Put all Ingredients in your blender. Cook on your griddle as you would ordinary pancakes.

    My whole family loves this recipe. You don't get the carb slump after eating these due to the protein. They're gluten free too which is a bonus. Realize these are not super light and fluffy but they definitely fit into a healthy trim mama lifestyle! - 4/19/15
