Easy Gluten Free Flatbread

Ingredients
1/4 cup Almond Flour1/4 cup Tapioca Flour1/4 cup Water (+/- to achieve desired thickness)1/4 Teaspoon Seasoning +/- to taste
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a Jar with lid. Shake well. Pour 1/8 cup at a time into lightly greased hot griddle.
cook for 1-2 minutes and flip. cook other side for 1 minute. serve warm or wrap and save for later.
