Quinoa with Tomatoes and Feta Cheese

Ingredients
1 cup Quinoa2 cups Vegetable Broth1 14.5 oz Canned Italian Style Diced Tomatoes1/2 tsp crushed dried rosemary1/4 cup Feta Cheese crumbles
Directions
Cook quinoa according to directions replacing water with vegetable broth. Should take about 15 minutes to cook.

Strain tomatoes and add to Quinoa. Add in remaining ingredients, and simmer for 5 more minutes. Serve.
