Flour free bread

Ingredients
5 eggs90grams of sunflower seeds70 grams of ground almonds (or other nut)1 medium courgettehandfull of salty peanuts1/4 tspn of cream of tartar
Directions
Grind nuts and seeds to a flour
Separate eggs. Grate courgette into egg yolks.
Add in ground nuts/seeds. Mix well and add in any seasoning you want - salt pepper etc.
Beat egg whites till have stiff peaks.
Fold into egg yolk mixture till combined.
Pour into lined loaf tin.
Bake at 180c for about 20 mins. Check with skewer. If not done put back in for another 10 mins on 160c
