Ingredients
1/3c butter or shortening1c sugar1 egg1 1/2 c flour1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp nutmeg1/2c milk1 1/2 tsp baking powder
Directions
Preheat overn to 350, grease 12 muffin tin.
Mix butter and sugar together, stir in egg. Sift flour, salt, baking powder and nutmeg. Add dry mix to wet mix, alternating with the milk while mixing. Bake for 20-25 minutes
