Herbed Turkey Breast

Ingredients
1-1/2 lb frozen boneless turkey breast, thawed2 tablespoons ground mustard1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley2 teaspoons dried tarragon1 teaspoon dried sage1/2 cup sliced yellow onion
Directions
Rub turkey breast with mustard; sprinkle with
parsley, tarragon and sage. Arrange onion
slices in a 4- or 5-quart slow cooker. Pour ½
cup water over onion. Place turkey breast over
onion. Cover and cook on Low 8 hours. Slice
turkey breast; serve with onion.
