1 box Betty Crocker Super Moist Spice Cake dry mix1 med. banana1/2 C. applesauce1/3 C. applesauce1 C. water
Mix all ingredients. Applesauce is listed 2x's because I was subbing banana for eggs (1/2 banana=1 egg) but I only had one banana. So I subbed the 3rd egg with 1/3 C. applesauce. So, you can use 1 1/2 banana or extra applesauce. Pour batter equally among 24 cupcakes. Bake at 350 for 20 min. I plan on freezing and taking them to work as a low calorie treat!
