1pkg cooked shrimp, tail on.1 pkg pesto sauce1 large zucchini or two summer yellow squash1 Tablespoon coconut oil
heat coconut oil in skillet, add shrimp, heat through.
Add pesto sauce, heat through
while that's cooking, peel your zuchini or other summer squash into noodle strips.
Heat through, cooking until noodles are crisp but cooked.
Serving Size: serves my family of five, with three teenagers.
