Crockpot Curry Chicken with Lentils and Rice

Ingredients
1/2 cup finely chopped onion1 cup lentils, rinsed3 cups water1 can (10 ounces) diced tomatoes (measures 1 3/4 cups)2 tbsp minced garlic1 cup whole grain brown rice3 tbsp curry powder2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice14oz can of chicken broth (measures 1 3/4 cup)16 oz diced chicken breast (boneless/skinless)
Directions
Place all ingredients in crockpot.
Use low setting
I cooked for 7hrs
Check periodically for flavour.
