GF Vegan Brownies

Ingredients
1 - 15oz can black beans rinsed and drained1/3 c unsweetened applesauce3 T grape seed oil3/4 c cocoa powder1/4 t sea salt1 t vanilla1/2 c sugar1 1/2 tsp baking powder
Directions
1-Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2-Spray 12 cup muffin pan.
3-Add all ingredients to the food processor and puree until smooth about 3 minutes.
4-If batter is too thick add 1-2 T of water. You don't want the batter to be runny.
5-Evenly distribute into the muffin tins.
6-Add additional toppings.
7-Bake 20-26 minutes until tops are dry and edges pulling away from the sides.
8-Let cool 30 minutes.
9-Gently remove with a fork.
