Basic Turkey Chili with Beans

Ingredients
1 1/4 cups dry beans (Seventeen Bean Mix, Trader Joe's)3 cups Organic Diced Tomatoes2 cups Sauce Starter (Trader Joe's)16 oz Kosher Ground TurkeySpices / Seasons to Taste
Directions
Rehydrate bean with 3 3/4 cups water (bring to a boil, cook two minutes, allow to sit for two hours). Cook Turkey, Drain. Mix Sauce Starter and Diced Tomatoes in large saucepan. Bring to a boil. Add beans and turkey. Season to taste. Simmer for one hour.
Makes 12, 1/2 cup servings. 191 cals, 22 carbs, 7 fiber, 13 protein.
(Serve with 1/2 cup of pasta or brown rice and salad).
