Cooked Chicory

Ingredients
1 large head chicory1 small shallot diced1/4 tsp No Salt1 lime, squeezed juice
Directions
Clean chicory in tap water 2-3 times until no more
sand residue.

Boil chicory with diced shallot, No Salt added.
Drain water once and refresh water to avoid any
bitter taste.

Drizzle with Smart Balance Healthy Heart Oil blend.
Squeeze lime juice over greens. Let cool 30 minutes
before serving.
