Low Fat Chicken Tortilla Soup

Ingredients
*3 cooked no skin chicken breast-cut into bite size pieces (can also use rotissiere chicken from store*1 can low fat refried beans*1 can black beans (rinsed and drained)*1 can sodium reduced chicken broth*1 can rotel tomatoes*1 can of corn (can also use small package of frozen corn)*2 cups reduced fat cheddar cheeseToppings*low fat sour cream*salsa*sliced avocado*crushed tortilla chips (not included in nutritional information)
Directions
In a large saucepan, either cook the chicken breast or shred an already cooked chicken from store. Add both cans of beans, rotel, chicken broth, and corn. I usually add water to the rotel can and add it. Bring to a boil and then lower heat to simmer. Add 1 cup of shredded cheese and let it melt.
Soup's ready!
