14 oz. Healthy Ones: Polska Kielbasa3 15 oz. cans black beans, drained1.5 c. onions, chopped1 green bell pepper, chopped4 stalks celery5 cloves garlic, minced1 c. water2 tsp. dried thyme1.5 tsp dried oregano1.5 tsp. black pepper1 chicken boullion cube3 bay leaves8 oz can tomato sauce
1. Combine all indgredients in slow cooker.
2. Cover. Cook on low 8 hours or on high for 4 hours.
3. Remove bay leaves before serving.
4. Serve over rice (not included in calorie count).
