Tuna Salad

Ingredients
1 Large can of Albacore Tuna rinsed / drained1 2.25 oz can of sliced black olives drained 14 cup grated 2% cheddar cheese 1 cup chopped broccoli 1 cup chopped carrots 1 cup chopped celery 1/4 cup hot banana peppers (if you like spicy) ~ 3T spicy brown mustard (to taste) 1/4 cup relish
Directions
Combine all ingredients. The hot banana peppers give it a kick that makes it interesting. The cheese seems to give it extra moisture so you won't miss the mayo.
