Spicy Red Bean and Coconut Curry

Ingredients
1 tsp madras curry powder1 tsp ground ginger1 tsp onion powder1 tsp ground cumin1 tsp ground coriander1/4 tsp tumeric8 oz tomato sauce5.6 oz coconut milk3 cup kidney beans salt (to taste)
Directions
Heat coconut oil over medium heat until melted. Add the spices, and stir for about 1 minute.

Add the tomato sauce, and stir until well combined with the spice mixture.

Pour in the kidney beans and the coconut milk (salt if needed or desired); bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes or until you are happy with the consistency.
