4 chicken breast thinly and evenly sliced1/2 bag pork rinds crushed in a blender or bullet blender1 scrambled egg
Preheat oven to 375. Prep the chicken by cutting all evenly. Season to taste. Blend pork rinds. Scramble egg. Dip chicken in egg and then the pork rinds. Place on foil lined cookie sheet. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes flipping each half way.
