Healthier Jalapeno Poppers - Baked

Ingredients
1 package reduced fat cream cheese1 cup reduced fat (2%) cheddar cheese shredded1 cup colby or monterey cheese shredded6 tbsp Hormel Reduced Fat Real Bacon Pieces1/4 tsp salt1/2 tsp chili powder1 lb fresh jalapenso that re cut in half and the seeds removed (wear protective gloves when doing this to protect your hands and avoid touching your exposed skin or eyes!)*recipe calorie count is not including the sour cream to dip in
Directions
In a bowl mix cheeses, bacon, and rest of the seasonings. Mix all ingredients well.

Spoon approximately 2 tablespoons into each pepper half then roll top into the bread crumbs.

Use a lipped cookie sheet that is greased or spray with nonstick spray.

Bake for 40 minutes at 300 degrees. If you want them spicier bake at a shorter time 30 minutes for medium and 20 minutes for HOT.

Serve with sour cream on the side for dipping if desired.

Makes 2 dozen (three poppers per serving)
