Surfdols Fresh Pico de Gallo, Salsa

Ingredients
6 to 8 large garden tomatoes, diced and slightly drained1 small red onion, diced1 medium white onion, diced10 raw Jalapeno Peppers, diced8 raw Garlic Cloves, minced5 raw Anaheim peppers, diced1 bunch (1/4 cup or 8 t) raw Cilantro, chopped1/2 c fresh squeezed Lime juicesalt, pepper and hot sauce to taste
Directions
Assemble all listed veggies and chop to a uniform size. Mix together in a large bowl and add Lime juice and salt, pepper and hot sauce to taste.
