Ingredients
kale, raw, 2 cupStrawberries, frozen, unsweetened, .5 cup, unthawedBlueberries, frozen (unsweetened), .5 cup, unthawedCherries Dark Sweet Pitted Frozen 1/2 Cup, 1 servingFrozen Pineapple Chunks, 0.5 cupAlmond Milk, Unsweetened, 1.5c ups1 cup warm waterFlax Seed, 1 tbspChia Seed 1 Tbsp, 1 tbspAlmond Butter Smooth/Unsalted, 1 tbspPure Coconut Oil, 1 tbspWalnuts, .25 cup, chopped
Directions
Put all ingredients in a blender and blend on Smoothie setting for 1-2 minutes or until mixture is smooth. Poor in glass and enjoy.
