Cabbage "Roll" Casserole

1 pound 85% lean ground beef½ C. chopped onion1/2 small head cabbage (about 4 1/2" diameter), chopped2 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce1 bouillon cube2/3 C. prepared white rice1/8 C. Vinegar1 Tbsp. Splenda Brown sugar Blend™ 2 tsp. sweet paprika1 tsp. caraway seeds2 cloves garlic, mincedSalt - To taste Ground black pepper - To tasteWater - Add to adjust thickness to taste
Directions:
1. In a large pot over medium-high heat cook ground beef and onion until browned.
2. Add cabbage, tomatoes, tomato sauce, garlic, brown sugar, bouillon cube, sweet paprika, caraway seeds, salt and pepper and then bring to a boil.
3. Cover pot, reduce heat and simmer until cabbage is tender, approximately 30 minutes or so
4. Add rice, cook until rice heated through
5. Add water if desired to adjust thickness
