3/4 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt (I use Fage Total 0%)1/2 ripe banana, sliced1 teaspoon Nutella1 teaspoon natural almond butter1 teaspoon ground flaxseed1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Stir yogurt, nutella, almond butter, & vanilla til thoroughly blended. Spoon half of yogurt mixture In a parfait glass. Layer half of the banana slices over the yogurt in the glass. Add remainder of yogurt mixture. Place remaining banana slices over yogurt. Top with the ground flaxseeds.
