Browned ground turkey (16 oz)Kidney Beans (1 can , drained)Black Beans (1 can, drained)Rotel Diced TomatoesTomato Sauce (24 oz)Tomato Paste (1 can)Green Peppers (1 cup, chopped)Zucchini (1 cup chopped)Diced mushrooms (small can, drained)Baby Spinach (1 cup, chopped)Chili Powder (3 Tbsp)
* Brown ground turkey and drain. Add to slow cooker.
* Drain black Beans and kidney beans. Add to slow cooker.
* Add tomato sauce, tomato paste and diced tomatoes to slow cooker. Stir all ingredients carefully.
* Add all vegetables (EXCEPT for spinach).
* Add chili powder and stir.
* Cook on low for 8 hours and stir occasionally. 20 minutes before serving add spinach.
