1 Lb. Lean Ground Beef2 Tblsp. Taco Seasoning (ie - Old El Paso)1 Medium Onion, chopped2 Cups Frozen Corn1 (16 oz) Can Black Beans3 (14 oz) Canned Stewed Tomatoes with Italian Spices1 (4 oz) Can Diced Green Chilies
Brown hamburger, add onions half way through cooking. Drain and allow meat to cook. Combine cooled meat with other ingredients and place in Freezer Zip Lock bag. Mix, lay flat, label and freeze.
When ready to eat, remove from the freezer and place into crock pot. If frozen, cook on high for 2-3 hours or on low for 4-5 hours. If thawed, cook on high for 1-2 hours or on low for 2 - 3.5 hours. You can also simmer it in a large pot on the stove for 2 - 3 hours.
