2 Egg Yolks, Raw (organic, pastured)2 large whole eggs, raw (organic, pastured)1/2 cup organic Bacon grease melted, cooled1/2 organic Coconut Oil, warmed enough to liquify 1 Tbsp. vinegar (organic White wine vinegar)2 Tbsp. organic lemon juice.1 Tbsp. spicy mustard1/2 tsp. Himalayan pink salt
Place in tall narrow container which will accommodate immersion blender in order:
Eggs
lemon juice and vinegar
mustard
coconut oil and bacon grease
Let settle at least one minute.
Blend with immersion blender, starting with blender at bottom on low speed.
When fully emulsified, chill before using.
Serving Size: makes about 1 1/2 cups, or 24 servings = 1 Tbsp/ serving
