Ingredients
*Avacado, whole, medium 1 serving = 1 medium whole avacado, 1.5 serving Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average, 2 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz), 0.5 cup (remove) Cilantro, raw, 3 tbsp Lime Juice, 1 lime yields *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 tbsp *Balsamic Vinegar, 2 tbsp Garlic, 1 clove *Cubanelle Pepper, 1 serving Salt, pepper and cumin to taste

Combine all ingredients and chill to blend flavore
