Basic Corn Grits (polenta) made in rice cooker

Ingredients
1 cup coarsely ground cornmeal4.5 cups water1 tablespoon coconut oil.5 tsp. salt
Directions
Place cornmeal and water in rice cooker, press start button. Cook for 15 minutes, open lid and stir. Cook for another 10-12 minutes, open lid and stir in remaining ingredients. Cook for remainder of cycle. When cycle complete, open lid, stir one final time and serve.
