Creamed Red Potatoes

Ingredients
2 cups red potatoes - skin on, diced2 tbsp butter1/4 cup sour cream1/4 cup milk1 tsp salt1/4 tsp pepper
Directions
Scrub potatoes, dice, and put in a medium sauce pot. Cover potatoes with water and then bring to a boil. Add some salt to water if you would like. Turn heat down to a high-medium heat and continue to boil, uncovered, until potatoes are fork tender, about 15 minutes. Drain water and transfer potatoes to a mixing bowl. Beat potatoes on a low speed until almost creamy and add butter, sour cream, and milk. Beat until all are mixed; stir in salt and pepper.
