Vegan Elote (Mexican Street Corn)

Ingredients
Corn (4 ears)1 C Raw Cashews1/2 C Water1/2 Tsp Chili Powder1/2 Tsp Cayenne Pepper Powder1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder1 Clove GarlicJuice of one lime
Directions
Soak the cashews in water, vinegar, lime juice and spices in the blender for at least one hour. Blend.
Par boil the corn - about 3 minutes. Drain and dry the corn. Coat the corn with the cashew mixture and broil. Garnish with chopped cilantro and lime squeeze.
